This is applicable for the following postcodes only: E5, E9, E10, N15, N16, and N18. If this method is chosen outside of these postcodes we will contact you to arrange for payment of the delivery charge.
*Please note that the time frame mentioned above doesn’t include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to enter their correct address, due to the nature of our automated dispatch system it is not practical for us to check every individual orders address. Returned orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses would be charged for postage again if you wish for them to be reposted. Refunds would exclude the postage.
     
 
	
	
	
    	Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, usually sooner.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at contact@talibalilm.co.uk for further support.
Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
     
 
	
	
	
    	If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact contact@talibalilm.co.uk as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best. Insha’Allah.
     
 
	
	
	
    	If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact contact@talibalilm.co.uk for further assistance.
     
 
	
	
	
    	Bismillah, you will love our products, our refund and returns policy has a window of 7 days from the day of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Apologies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
•	The Journal with obvious signs of use
•	Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
     
 
	
	
	
    	Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     
 
	
	
	
    	If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Next contact your bank. Please bear in mind there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

    	To return your product, you should contact us via email at contact@talibalilm.co.uk
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
